Accel financial counselors are available Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST, Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sat from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. An appointment can be scheduled for members with questions or concerns that need additional time on the phone, or require a worksheet and action plan.
